The final product is loaded into the hopper, from where the conveyor belt transports it to the trommel. As the trommel rotates smoothly, it effectively sorts the materials by size, ranging from 0mm to 12mm. Positioned atop the pit walls, the trommel ensures that the materials are dropped separately into different areas according to their respective sizes. This prevents any potential mixing of the materials once again.
One of the unique features of our trommel is the use of a hexagonal shape for the passage through which the product travels. This design facilitates easy product discharge and allows for the replacement of only the damaged portion of the mesh in case of any damage. Additionally, the trommel's angle is optimized for effective classification, preventing product retention within the drum.
