It is a high-precision feed weigher equipped with load cells. Unlike conventional tank scales, it can measure the feed while supplying it to the feed tank with windbag correction. Therefore, it allows operation with the feed supplied to each poultry house, enabling accurate monitoring of the amount of feed consumed by each batch of chickens and providing valuable insights into the condition of the chickens.

The Oval Box, which is installed in each poultry house to manage the data, automatically gathers data from each sensor every 10 minutes. The collected data is stored within the Oval Box for one month. The accumulated data on the server can be graphed, allowing easy comparison with past information. When reviewing the poultry house information through graphs, the system also displays the poultry manual, enabling a simple comparison between the manufacturer's recommended production state and the actual state.

With Oval Growth, you can access real-time data from remote locations through internet connectivity. Moreover, by connecting cameras, you can conveniently view the live video feed from inside the chicken coop, as long as there is an internet connection available.

The data collected by Oval Growth can be presented in a concise table on a daily and weekly basis. By utilizing the daily work schedule to closely monitor the condition of the chicken houses, and the weekly work schedule to compare past data with a new batch, users can promptly comprehend the situation.

Oval Growth is equipped with an alarm function. If the collected data deviates from the standard, a notification will be displayed on the main screen. This feature enables early detection of abnormal situations and facilitates the identification of issues at their initial stage.
