The Soilath® System comprises four different types of sensors: temperature, ammonia, oxygen, and outside temperature and humidity sensors. Additionally, it incorporates specially set blowers and an application that enables you to effortlessly monitor the conditions within the manure pile. Furthermore, the system allows you to analyze the data received from the sensors, securely save and download it, and even remotely adjust the blower settings.
This sensor is utilized for monitoring the temperature within the manure pile, as well as the level of ammonia gases above the pile surface. This data is crucial in determining whether the conditions are aerobic or if any adjustments are necessary for the process. The sensor is designed to be portable, wireless, and easily transferable from one pile to another.
This sensor is designed to monitor the oxygen level inside the manure pile, ensuring that aerobic bacteria increase and the process progresses smoothly.
The sensors are inserted into the manure piles and activated. Set the blower timers and monitor the process remotely via the internet. Our application will display the received data, allowing you to easily modify the blower settings through the app. There is no requirement to physically visit the farm site as you can conveniently monitor and make adjustments online using our platform. This will help you to ensure that the moisture content level is well adjusted and the aerobic conditions are achieved.
Soilath System, as well as all Kohshin's composting equipment, promotes and utilizes aerobic composting. This process activates aerobic bacteria, leading to an increase in temperatures. As a result, the materials undergo all necessary stages, effectively eliminating harmful pathogens. Consequently, the composting process becomes less odorous, and the final product is safe and free from pathogens.
